Novelty. Elite Soviet Champagne "Lev Sapega"

The beginning of October was marked by the release of the elite Soviet Champagne "Lev  Sapega". This aristocratic wine half-yearly aged is made from French grape varieties Chardonnay and Sauvignon  grown in Moldova, using the method of Cuve Close. Chardonnay is considered the best grape for champagne wines, and blending with Sauvignon acquires elegant lightness.
This glorious champagne of light golden colour is aged at least half a year after secondary fermentation using special French yeasts in the separate stainless akratophor.
It will admire you with long bubbles "game" in the glass, bright fruit taste with floral-honey notes and lasting aftertaste.

The beverage should be served chilled to 9-10 ° C. It is perfectly combined with olives, clams, cheeses and poultry meat.
