"Old Monastic Cell" AMBASSADOR was recognized as the Best Product of the Republic of Belarus in 2015

Old Monastic Cell natural semi-sweet white wine was declared the winner in the category of food products based on the results of the contest Best Goods of Belarus in 2015.

The contest Best Goods of Belarus has been held annually since 2002 under the auspices of the State Committee for Standardization, to determine the most competitive products in the domestic market.

The contest is held in two stages, and taste panels comprised of professional tasters work at both stages.

Old Monastic Cell was recognized as the winner at both stages. General Director of JSC “Minsk Grape Wines Factory” I.N.Trotski said that the success was quite predictable: “Semi-sweet Old Monastic Cell of AMBASSADOR TM is the leader in our sales portfolio. Only in 2015 we sold around 3 mln. units of this product. Customers like the light fresh taste of this wine. It is blended of selected Sauvignon and Chardonnay grape varieties, traditionally considered among the best for white wines.”

This award is by far not the first one received by Old Monastic Cell. This product already has 2 wins and 2 silver medals from the international tasting competitions in Minsk and Moscow.

The product is available in three versions:

• Glass bottle 0.7 l

• Glass bottle 0.375 l with a screw cap

• 1 liter Tetra Pak package with a screw cap
